For an Electric Wax Warmer: Turn on the wax warmer for 20-30 seconds which will be enough to melt the edges of the wax melt. Turn off the wax warmer and then carefully slide or remove the wax melt from the dish and wipe out with a paper towel.
For a Candle Burning Wax Warmer: Place the tea light candle under the dish for a few minutes. Heat the dish just enough to melt the edges of the wax melt (this will take a few minutes more compared the electric wax warmer). Blow out the candle and then carefully slide or remove the wax melt from the dish and wipe out with a paper towel.
Existing Melted Wax: Turn off or blow out candle from your wax warmer. Using proper precautions and gloves, as your wax warmer dish will be hot. Carefully pour out the existing wax melt in an old container and throw in the trash or place cotton balls in your wax warmer dish to soak up the existing wax and throw in the trash. Then carefully wipe out your wax warmer with a paper towel.
